Terms of Use

Last updated: 05 November 2026

By signing in you agree to these terms with Archsoft Consulting ("we").

1. The Service. Advisor CRM is software that helps you manage clients, policies and SIPs and, if your plan includes it, to send WhatsApp messages. It is a tool, not financial, insurance, investment, legal or tax advice. Suggestions in the app are generic prompts based on the data you enter; you are responsible for deciding what to recommend to a client and for following the rules that apply to you.

2. Your account. Keep your password private and use a strong one. You are responsible for everything done under your login. Tell us at once if you think it was misused.

3. Plans and payment. Features depend on your plan (Basic, Plus, Pro). Fees are shown in the app. Plans run for the period you paid for, with a short grace period after expiry; after that the account becomes read-only (you can still view and export your data). Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.

4. Your data and your clients. You own your client data. You promise that you are allowed to hold it and to message those clients, that you have obtained any consent the law requires, and that what you enter is accurate. You must respect "Do not contact" and STOP requests.

5. WhatsApp. If you connect WhatsApp, you do so under your own Meta Business account and accept Meta's business terms and messaging policies. Message charges, template approvals and account limits or suspensions are between you and Meta. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions.

6. Acceptable use. No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; no unlawful, misleading or harassing messages; no attempt to access other users' data or to break or overload the Service.

7. Regulatory duties. You are responsible for holding any licence or registration you need (for example IRDAI agency or SEBI/AMFI registrations) and for complying with laws on advertising, advice and data protection that apply to you.

8. Availability and backups. We work to keep the Service available and make regular backups, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copy of important data using the export features.

9. Ending the account. You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is unpaid beyond the grace period. On request you can export your data, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limits on liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before it arose.

11. Changes. We may update these terms and the Service; continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Law and courts. Indian law applies; courts at Greater Noida have jurisdiction.
